プライバシーポリシー

「Flash! パーティーゲーム」（以下「本アプリ」）の開発者（以下「開発者」）は、本アプリにおける利用者の情報の取り扱いを以下のとおり定めます。

1. 開発者が集める情報

開発者は、利用者の氏名、メールアドレス、位置情報などの個人情報を集めません。本アプリにはアカウント登録やログインはなく、開発者のサーバーへ情報を送ることもありません。

2. 端末の中だけに保存する情報

本アプリは、次の情報を利用者の端末の中だけに保存します。開発者を含め、外部に送られることはありません。

入力したプレイヤー名、保存したメンバー（グループ）
負け回数などの戦績（最後に遊んでから 12 時間で自動的に消えます）
効果音・言語などの設定、広告削除を購入したかどうか

これらは本アプリを削除すると消えます。設定画面から負け回数をリセットすることもできます。

3. 広告（Google AdMob）

本アプリは、無料で提供するために Google LLC の広告配信サービス「Google AdMob」を利用しています。AdMob は、広告の配信・効果測定・不正防止のために、次のような情報を Google が収集・利用することがあります。

広告識別子（iOS の IDFA。利用者が「トラッキング」を許可した場合のみ）
IP アドレス、端末の種類、OS のバージョン、言語などの端末情報
広告の表示やタップの状況

iOS では、初回起動時にトラッキングの許可を確認します。許可しない場合も本アプリのすべての機能を使え、利用者の興味に基づかない広告が表示されます。許可は端末の「設定」→「プライバシーとセキュリティ」→「トラッキング」からいつでも変更できます。欧州経済領域（EEA）などでは、法令に基づき広告の同意を確認し、本アプリの設定画面の「広告のプライバシー設定」から変更できます。

本アプリの広告は、全年齢向けの内容に限るよう設定しています。Google による情報の取り扱いは、Google プライバシーポリシーおよびGoogle のパートナーのサイトやアプリでのデータ利用をご覧ください。

4. アプリ内課金

広告削除の購入は、Apple（App Store）のアプリ内課金で行います。支払いに関する情報は Apple が処理し、開発者がクレジットカード情報などを受け取ることはありません。

5. 子どもの利用

本アプリは特定の年齢層の子どもを対象としたものではありません。開発者は、子どもの個人情報を意図して集めることはありません。

6. このポリシーの変更

内容を変更する場合は、このページで公開します。

Privacy Policy

This policy explains how the developer ("we") of Flash! Simple Party Games ("the app") handles your information.

1. Information we collect

We do not collect personal information such as your name, email address or location. The app has no accounts or sign-in and sends nothing to our servers.

2. Information stored only on your device

The app stores the following only on your device. It is never sent to us or anyone else.

Player names you enter and saved member groups
Stats such as loss counts (automatically cleared 12 hours after your last game)
Settings such as sound and language, and whether you bought ad removal

Deleting the app removes all of it. You can also reset loss counts in Settings.

3. Advertising (Google AdMob)

To keep the app free, we use Google AdMob, an advertising service by Google LLC. For ad delivery, measurement and fraud prevention, Google may collect and use information such as:

The advertising identifier (IDFA on iOS, only if you allow tracking)
Device information such as IP address, device model, OS version and language
How ads are shown and tapped

On iOS the app asks for tracking permission on first launch. If you decline, every feature still works and you see ads that are not based on your interests. You can change this at any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. Where required by law (for example in the EEA), the app asks for ad consent, which you can change from "Ad privacy settings" in the app's Settings.

Ads in the app are limited to content suitable for all ages. For how Google handles information, see the Google Privacy Policy and How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.

4. In-app purchase

Ad removal is purchased through Apple's in-app purchase. Payment is processed by Apple; we never receive your card details.

5. Children

The app is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

6. Changes

If we change this policy, we will publish the new version on this page.
